TO ENTER
Artists who do not meet the "Automatic Acceptance" status should submit entries in accordance with the following guidelines:
· Submit up to 5 color slides representative of the work that would be displayed. Clearly label slides with your name and media.
· Include a stamped, self-addressed, legal size envelope.
· All entries must be received by MAY 1.

AUTOMATIC ACCEPTANCE
Artists who are current MacNider Museum Shop Artists need only send in the completed entry form with $60 fee by MAY 1. The entry fee after May 1 increases to $70.

ELIGIBLE MEDIA
Original art work, such as paintings, drawings, photography, wheel-thrown or hand-built ceramics, sculpture, fiber, jewelry, leather, printmaking, wood, glass, and basketry will be juried. An effort is made in jurying to represent a variety of media.
· Unacceptable media are kits, patterns, copy work, pre-molded items, china painting, dough art, poured plaster items, re-sale items, and reproductions.
· Demonstrations during the market will be encouraged.

SPACE RENTAL FEE
A $60 fee must be included with the entry form. The entry fee after May 1 increases to $70.
· If your work is not accepted, the fee will be returned. There will be no museum commission on sales.

*Note: Artist pulling out of the Art Market after Sunday, June 1, will forfeit their entry fee.

RULES
Please note: ONLY original artworks may be prominently displayed in the booth. Off-set reproductions may be displayed in bins that take up no more than 10% of booth space and must be clearly identified as reproductions.
· All work must be designed and executed by the accepted artist.
· If booth will be shared, all exhibiting artists must include their work for judging and fill out separate entry forms.
· Artists must be present with their work for the entire event.
· All work shown must be for sale.
· Prints of photographs made from the artist's original negative must be processed by that artist.
· We reserve the right to ask artists to remove work from their booths that do not meet the festival's criteria or mission.

SITE SPECIFICATIONS
Site size will be approximately 11' x 11'.
· Participating artists need to furnish their own display props.
· Every effort will be made to hold this event outdoors. Artists should be prepared for light rain. There will be an indoor back-up site in case of severe weather. The decision to move indoors will be made by 7:30am. ___________________________
