THROWING ON THE
WHEEL

Learn the basics of how to throw on the potter’s wheel. Limited

FABULOUS FELT

From needle felting to shrinking an old sweater to make mittens,

ART BUGS
Ages 2-4
Introduce children to the museum as a friendly place while they

SPRING BREAK ART CAMP

Come on down to the Museum for a week of making things, building,
painting and creating. We’ve got tons of awesome projects dreamed up

CREATING WITH CLAY
Ages 5 and up
Get into the wonderful world of clay and see what you can make.

Scholarships Available
Through generous donations from individuals
and groups in the community, scholarships are available to students
who normally would not be able to experience an art class. For more

Artful
Birthday Parties
The Museum offers artistic experiences for
birthday and troop celebrations. Your group will receive a tour of
the museum and a hands-on art activity in one of our classrooms. The
fee includes the services of an art educator, all project materials,
and the use of the Museum kitchen facilities. Children should wear
clothes appropriate for doing art projects!
